From Fire to Fuel: Announcing “The Alchemy of Rage”

Published on January 13, 2026

Do you feel the weight?

For many of us—especially women, mothers, introverts, and those navigating the complexities of minority identities—rage is a secret we’ve been taught to forbid. We see its destructive wake and, fearing we might become "inhumane monsters," we bottle it up until it implodes, or we spread ourselves thin trying to serve everyone’s needs but our own.

But rage is not an enemy to be managed; it is a human condition, a divining rod for our own humanity, and—most importantly—a potent fuel source for alchemy.

I am thrilled to announce the release of my new book and manual-in-progress, The Alchemy of Rage: Transforming Reaction into Responsive Action.

The Weight of the Past, the Lightness of the Future

Rage has three weights: the long-simmering layers of Cumulative rage, the inherited burdens of Ancestral rage, and the sharp, situational sting of Acute rage. If left unprocessed, these weights can eclipse our true selves, leaving us trapped in a vicious cycle of reaction.

This book offers a way through. Using my six-step LITRRR process (pronounced "lighter"), I invite you to:

  • Label your rage and own your emotions.
  • Identify how it lives in your body as biochemistry.
  • Transmute that energy through somatic, purifying exercises.
  • Retire the old patterns and treat yourself with the unconditional love due to a "newborn".
  • Reshape your story, moving from a "perpetrator-victim" bind to self-determination.
  • Redirect that freed-up energy into Weighted Outrage—constructive, impactful action that makes the world a more loving place.

A Journey of Many Years

This work is deeply personal. It was forged in the "soul-piercing silence" of my own history as a first-generation immigrant daughter in San Francisco and distilled through over a decade of experience as a holistic health educator. This book is not a "behavior management" guide; it is a mind-body-emotion-spirit practice designed to help you midwife your own healing process.

Join the Collective Outrage

When we do this self-work, we don’t just benefit on a micro level. By turning our personal reaction into responsive action, we shift the macrocosm. We move away from the "reddish-orange" flames of destruction and toward a "blue flame"—a cooler, sustainable, and incredibly potent fuel for forward movement.
