Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales final β€” except for defects, damage, or fulfillment errors.

GloriaNg.com respects our customers' right to return and refund their purchases.

Except for hoodies and made-to-order items (see our Hoodie Policy below), you may return any product purchased from GloriaNg.com at your expense within 7 days of delivery for a full product refund. Digital products, online access items, and autographed books purchased through our website are non-refundable. Exchanges of products equal to or of a lesser value can be arranged upon approval and when in stock.

Please contact us via our Contact Form to request a return or refund.

If your return or refund request is approved, please enclose a copy of the packing slip/invoice along with the merchandise you are returning. Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.

We continue to hold your detailed customer information in complete confidence.

Cancellation Policy

GloriaNg.com respects our customers' right to cancel their ongoing tuition/subscription at any time.

You may cancel any tuition for any subscription products during the current 30 day billing cycle. Any future payments will also be cancelled. GloriaNg.com has the right to pro-rate any refunds due based on the of cancellation within the billing cycle, all the way up to the full payment made. Any payments made before the current 30-day billing cycle will not be refunded.

Made-to-Order Policy

Each hoodie is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference after receiving the item

πŸ” Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’ll absolutely make it right if something isn’t as it should be. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

🚫 Returns

We do not require returns for damaged or incorrect items. Please do not send items back unless instructed.

πŸ“¬ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we’ll help investigate. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery window.

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
